I have heard people say they bought it Wal-Mart or Target, but I can not find it anywhere on their websites. PS: I want to buy it in stores not online.

Just go to Walmart and buy one. They do not wear them, they just do not sell them on the site. I have also seen sporting goods cocks near the cash register.
