When I try to get two laptops to connect to the internet, ultimately one will pick up the signal, while the other displays a connection failed massage. Individually they do pick up the signal, the problem is when I run them simultaneously. Any suggestions?
type: msconfig into the run command box, this will tell you what your IP addresses are on each computer. Also You MUST have a router in order for two computers to be connected to internet,not just a modem. check your configurations. PS, you need to give a little more info of what your hardware is ect
