Dispenser Clean

i asked this before, but didn't get many good answers.. I have one of the dog bowls with the big huge bottle of water on top so when the dog drinks, it refills itself. I'm wondering how to clean inside of the bottle.. What should I use and how to I do it? Thank you.
You just wash it... I'm not sure why you're having a problem with this. Get soapy water, wash it, dump it out and rinse.
