I need the decal for a mobile home in canada. Where do I get it?

We are selling our mobile and have lost the decal or hud as they call it in the states. I can't find where to get another issued in canada. Anyone know? I don't think we can sell it with out it. The mobile is a renovated 1971.
Here in BC, you can get lots for a mobile, espeically one in a nice place and all new. Look on the mls and you'll see.

Have you contacted the BC Manufactured Home Registry? They only started registering mobiles in 1978, so I don't know if that means yours would never have needed registration, or what. Have you checked with a realtor to find out if you can sell it without the decal? I have a de-registered 1990 mobile, and it's my understanding that if it's ever to be moved off the lot, it can't be moved without registering it again but if it never gets moved then registration is a non-issue except maybe if you want to get financing, in which case a de-registered mobile acts like a regular home. My decal is peeling, I wish they made them to last better.
