Did you use ICF concrete forms to build a extension advice and costs? im going to have the construction and expansion using this method 2.7 meters x x4.00meters 3.700meters im going to get the foundation and drainage donation by a manufacturer before starting construction and prob get a carpenter to do the roof Wil it be profitable advice to the UK im,,,, thank you
My ex and I built a basement of the ICF forms. They were fantastic! Basement grew in no time. It saved us a lot money. You do not know what the concrete is being implemented right now by the court. This is where you need to know what you're offering. My brother has just completed an extension of his house using them also. Saved much time and he said it was much easier than when it did with the concrete block on the other side of the house. I know it saves long term if you do it yourself. not sure of the cost difference with someone who does the work for you on this project. I know the insulation factor alone is worth it for the long term. Good luck!
