How do I get my long hair to be smooth and shiny?

I have long hair down to my buttocks. I love it, but it a little unruly. I would like it to be smooth, shiny, silky, but I do not want to take an eternity or it blowdrying recovery. Any suggestions on products that I can use to get rid of frizz and pouf and tangles?

I have the hair mid-back which would frizzed.I too unruly and went to a beautician about a month ago. She put in some "serum" and used an electric iron.Love recovery it! So I went and bought Smooth Gloss Anti-frizz cream, apply it while hair is still damp.Works! I do not even not to use iron that I bought. .
